Recent Changes to U.S. Tariff Policies：
1. April 5, 2025
An additional 10% tariff will be imposed on all goods imported from China or other countries.
2. April 11, 2025
All orders will be declared to U.S. Customs based on the actual order amount, as required by customs regulations.
3. May 2, 2025
The $800 tariff exemption for goods shipped from China to the U.S. will be repealed. U.S. Customs or shipping carriers will collect tariffs ranging from 54% to 245% of the item value.

Important Notes on Tariff Fees：
• These tariffs are legally required by the U.S. government and customs authorities. They are not additional fees charged by BERNY WATCH.
• The exact tariff rates vary by product category and are subject to the final assessment by U.S. Customs.
• As a law-abiding business, BERNY WATCH has no authority to interfere with or alter the tariff collection process.

Order Confirmation：
If your order is held for over one hour, we will consider it confirmed, and you will be deemed to have accepted the potential additional tariffs and agreed to comply with U.S. Customs regulations for payment of these fees.
